All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from our website or in store. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase
Return Eligibility
If you wish to return a product due to size, fit and preference, the following conditions apply:
● Returns must be requested within 5 days of the purchase date.
● The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
● We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions
Return Process

● The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method.
● Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos) to arrange for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
● Undergarments, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
● Final sale items (items marked as clearance or discounted)
● Custom-made or personalized clothing.
● Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
